Course Suitability
It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically suitable to participate in practical training.

Conduct & Safety
Kate Aesthetics Training Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training if a learner’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unsuitable. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Certification
Certificates of Completion are issued upon successful attendance and participation. Certificates confirm training completion and practical experience but do not represent regulated qualifications.

Non-Regulated Training
All courses are private, non-regulated training and do not replace NVQ, VTCT, or government-regulated qualifications.

All training is delivered in a professional and insured setting. Learners participate in practical training at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided during the course.

Learners may bring their own models for practical training. Models must be suitable for the treatment being performed and must complete consultation and consent forms prior to treatment.

Kate Aesthetics Training Academy reserves the right to refuse treatment on any model where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Malika Kate Khatoubi is a highly experienced aesthetic practitioner and qualified educator with over 10 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry.

She holds a VTCT Level 3 Award in Education & Training, a NEBDN Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing, and advanced qualifications in skin rejuvenation, injectables, laser, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, mesotherapy, and plasma fibroblast treatments.

Kate has trained and worked in leading London clinics and luxury hotel environments, combining medical knowledge, advanced aesthetics, and professional teaching standards.

Her training style is practical, supportive, and focused on real-world clinic readiness, client safety, and professional confidence.

Graduates can practice treatments once insured. Acceptance depends on the learner’s insurer, experience, and local council requirements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (recommended):
• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure dates and materials
• Cancellations made 14+ days before training may transfer to a future date (one time only)
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable
• No refunds for non-attendance or late arrival
• Training may be discontinued if learner conduct is unsafe or unsuitable (no refund)

Refunds
All course fees and deposits are non-refundable. This is due to course preparation, scheduling, and reserved training spaces.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Learners may request to reschedule their course date with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be offered once only.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the course date will result in loss of all fees paid.

Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in no refund or reschedule.

Course Changes
Kate Aesthetics Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course in exceptional circumstances. In this case, learners will be offered an alternative date.
